My name is Petr Hykel and I have more than 15 years of intensive experience in CRM, cross-selling and working with alternative distribution channels in the field of banking and installment sales.

I enjoy that CRM is a creative connection between Sales and Marketing. Sales results are achieved through marketing tools, communication and data analysis.

In addition to the Czech Republic, I worked in Norway and Russia. I have established and developed business opportunities in the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, Vietnam and Indonesia. I worked for GE Money, Home Credit and Financial Bank Russia and Home Credit International.
