My name is Petr Hykel and I have had more than 15 years of intensive experience regarding CRM, cross-selling, and work with alternative distribution channels in the field of banking and Sales Finance.

 

What I like about CRM is that it is a creative interconnection of sales and marketing. You can reach sales results by marketing tools, communication and data analysis.

 

Apart from the Czech Republic I worked in Norway and Russia as well. I helped to establish and expand business opportunities in the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, Vietnam and Indonesia and worked for companies such as GE Money, Home Credit and Financial Bank Russia, and Home Credit International.
